Bible study is going to be awesome. Jesus communicated all the important stuff through the use of parables. Just imagine how vivid Pastor Jeff will paint the parables. With his knowledge of scripture, biblical history and culture, etymology; I'm sure we are going to walk away with the knowledge of what Jesus was communicating. The parables, those all important stories, are going to come to life. The parables, those metaphors of the kingdom of heaven will paint a vivid picture our expected Christian behavior.

I hope others can make it as its going to be powerful insight into our Lord Jesus Christ.

I wanted to take a moment and thank the Pastoral staff for the Wednesday bible study. Just as Jesus took those disciples that wanted to understand more what Jesus had to say to the mountain top, every Tuesday Pastor Jeff takes us to a high deeper level of understanding of relevant bible topics.

The last 2 weeks Pastor detailed the Beatitudes; explaining the etymology of some of the more important transliterations that just brings the scripture not only to life, but gives us easy to understand examples of how to imitate Jesus.

Now starting next week we are going to be privilege to hearing the parables explained. Don't take this lightly, the parables talk of the Kingdom of Heaven in a variety of angles. Don't miss this more informative set of Wednesday evening bible study. The parables, and opportunity to gain an understanding of how our Lord communicates, this could change the way you understand the Gospel.

Come join us as we all grow in the Unity of Spirit of our understanding of Jesus' teaching.

Pastor Jeff,

Can you please explain a synopsis of Leviticus? I don't really understand why there are so many different burnt offerings. Thank you :-) your insight always makes it easier to understand

Amazing service at Free Chapel last night. We arrived home around 10pm. Erik started talking to his Dad about someone going to jail. His dad asked who was in jail and he said Peter. I then realized he was talking about the sermon we'd heard about Acts 12. Erik was saying he had two chains on his feet and hands with 2 guards. I was filling Harold in on what he was referring to and Erik said something about the 4 gates! He was really absorbing the experience and was retelling it!
For those who have met Erik, he is autistic; he absorbs everything around him, but has a lot of difficulty communicating it. Just wanted to share that.
